The photovoltaic substation, photovoltaic power generation as a clean energy production mode, has developed rapidly at home and abroad.Huabian series photovoltaic local step-up substation is to meet the growing power supply requirements of photovoltaic power generation. based on the original 10kV and 35kV combined transformers, our company has developed a series of products by digesting and absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad and combining domestic needs. this product is to switch transformers and load, the high-voltage fuse is installed in the box of the box transformer. The insulating liquid of the transformer is used as the insulation and heat dissipation medium of the whole product. It adopts a fully sealed structure. The shell adopts split, shot blasting, pickling, phosphating, spraying primer, intermediate paint and topcoat respectively. The scratch resistance, weather resistance and UV resistance of the surface exceed the strength of ordinary spraying. It has the advantages of small size, light weight and convenient installation.

Conditions of use

◆ Altitude: not more than 5000m;

◆ Ambient temperature range:-40°C ~ 45°C;

The outdoor wind speed does not exceed 30 m/s;

◆ Relative humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%;

The waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately sine wave, and the three-phase power supply voltage is approximately symmetrical;

Installation location: installed in no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration of the place.
